1) What data do we process?

  • Data collected directly by us: We do not collect names, contact details, or content via forms. There is no account system and no newsletter.
  • Technical/operational data: Our hosting provider’s server logs (e.g., IP address, timestamps, requested resources, browser/OS type) for service security and troubleshooting.
  • Cookies & online identifiers (third parties):
    • Google Analytics – traffic statistics and event measurement (e.g., page views).
    • Google AdSense – ad delivery and measurement (subject to consent; may include personalization where applicable).
    • Google Search Console – webmaster tool. It does not run client-side code in visitor browsers and does not set cookies on users.

2) Purposes and legal bases

  • Operating and securing the website (server logs, error diagnostics): GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interests; certain log retention may also reflect a legal obligation.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics): only with your consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
  • Advertising (Google AdSense): only with your consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). Without consent, non-personalized ads may be shown or ads may not load.

3) Retention periods

  • Server logs: typically 30–90 days.
  • Google Analytics data: up to the Google setting in use (e.g., up to 14 months where available; we prefer shorter where possible).
  • AdSense cookies/identifiers: as defined by Google’s policies and cookie lifetimes. See your browser and the consent interface for specifics.

4) Recipients and processors

  • Hosting/infrastructure provider for operating the website.
  • Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC for Google Analytics and Google AdSense.

We apply appropriate contractual safeguards with processors. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party targeted advertising without consent.

5) International data transfers

Google services may involve transfers outside the EEA/UK. Such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Google’s supplementary measures, or other applicable transfer mechanisms. See Google’s documentation for details.
